Behind the famous Plaza Athénée, the restaurant is in this golden triangle that goes from Avenue Montaigne to Avenue George V, the legendary neighbourhood where fashion rubs shoulders with restaurants and luxury hotels.

AN AUTHOR’S COOKING – Aphrodisiac, Ginger takes you to Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
The Chef, of Thai origin, plays with mixed herbs and spices and creates exotic flavoursome dishes: spiced bass tartar, spicy chicken with citronella and sticky rice, steamed bass in its spiced broth and the famous Crying Tiger (Tigre qui pleure – slices of black angus beef), an iconic dish!

A HEARTY MOMENT – For dessert, chilled coconut-mango soup, panna cotta flavoured with rose or spring rolls chocolate, all dangerously delicious...

COCKTAILS BAR - Lounge music in the background during the week, which becomes louder when the late hours settle in with cocktails as we like them, before heading to RASPOUTINE Club, just a few blocks away, owned by the same partners.

It is the bet Ghislain Evraert and Logan Maggio have taken on: to create a natural alliance between these two places where a similar cool, refined and trendy state of mind shines.
